| (a) whether the Government has taken or proposes to take any steps to make provision in The Representation of the People Act to de-register those political parties which came to power after registering win in Lok Sabha and Assembly elections but failed to fulfil the promises made in their election manifesto during the third year of their rule as well as failed to fulfil 75 per cent of promises made in the election manifesto; and (b) if so, the details thereof?
