Let the Union of India and the other respondents be served, both in the usual course and also by way of Dasti service. " Pursuant to above Order, it is submitted that Show Cause Notice was issued to all the four Respondents through Registered A.D. as well as Dasti. Mr. Vijay Panjwani, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 2.5.2013 filed Proof of Dasti Service after serving copy of Notice upon Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4. It is further submitted for kind information of the Hon'ble Court that Vakalatnama/appearances have been filed by Counsel on behalf of the following Respondents:- Srl. It is further submitted that neither Vakalatnama/appearance nor Counter Affidavit has been filed in respect of Respondent No. 3 (The Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs) so far. It is next submitted that Ms. Jyotika Kalra, Advocate has on 26.4.2013 filed Application for Impleadment to implead Hamari Sanskriti as a Party Respondent which was registered as I.A. No. 1 and stands included in the Paper Books. It is next submitted that Mr. Prasanth P., Advocate has on 25.8.2014 filed Application for Impleadment on behalf of Mr. Elvis Kottoor to implead as a Party Respondent. The said Application has been registered as I.A. No. 3 and stands included in the Paper Books. The Writ Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court from time to time and lastly listed on 17.10.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:- "Applications for impleadment are allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to amend the cause-title suitably forthwith. Call these matters after four weeks." Pursuant to above Order, It is submitted that Hamari Sanskriti (Rgd.) and Mr. Elvis Kottoor respectively were impleaded as Party Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 and Amended Cause Title stands included in the Paper Books.
