Supreme Court of India has issued notice to Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and his wife on a Special Leave Petition to Appeal filed by Central Bureau of Investigation against the Himachal Pradesh High Court’s order granting protection to the couple against arrest in a disproportionate assets case pertaining to amassing disproportionate assets worth ₹ 6 crore when Singh was a Union minister.
