UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Heard learned senior counsel/counsel for the petitioners.

Permission to file SLPs in Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.)…… CRLMP No(s). 5056-5057/2015 is granted.

Delay condoned.

Instant petitions are filed by different individuals against the impugned judgments and orders taking cognizance and issuing summons to the petitioners.

Since certain important substantial questions of law as well as the constitutional validity of Section 13(1)(d)(iii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 are raised in the instant petitions, we are of the view that these matters require examination.

Leave granted in all the special leave petitions.

Issue notice in Writ Petition No. 161 of 2015.

Since leave is granted in the special leave petitions, there shall be ad-interim stay of the impugned orders dated 16.12.2014 and 11.03.2015 passed by the learned Special Judge, Patiala House Courts, Delhi in Closure Report No. 03 of 2014 arising out of R.C. No. 220 of 2013 EOO11 and stay of the further proceedings relating to Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.)…… CRLMP No(s). 5056-5057/2015.

Mr. Amitanand Tiwari, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigation in all these petitions.

SLP(Crl.)…CRLMP No. 5404/2015
